1. Senior Administrator

Welsh Labour are seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator to work out of their busy Cardiff Head Office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth administrative running of Welsh Labour's Head Office, undertaking a full range of administrative, secretarial and financial tasks. These will include, the management of the office diary, the communication and administration of Welsh Labour events, the management of the office budget, and in the provision of support to the Welsh Executive Committee through the preparation of papers and minute taking.
You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, substantive experience of working in an office administrative role and also in a highly pressurised environment, the ability to manage budgets and complex office diaries and a desire to be part of Welsh Labour's flexible and willing team. The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh would be an advantage.

2. Events Administrator
£20k - £23k
Welsh Labour are seeking to recruit an Events Administrator to work out of their Cardiff Head Office.
Working closely with the Welsh General Secretary on the development and delivery of all Welsh Labour events and fundraising activities the successful individual will need to be highly committed, organised and flexible in what will be a new, exciting and challenging post.
The successful individual will have experience of budget management, excellent communication skills, an understanding of building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, the ability to manage and manipulate complex databases, and excellent administrative skills.
