Stewarding at Conference is a rewarding and fun experience. Our stewards play a very important role in the smooth running of Conference.
Stewards are based throughout the site to assist with questions and queries from visitors. They are often the first point of contact that visitors have with our Conference. They are also on hand in case people need assistance from our enablers.
Full training is provided before the event as well as a tour of the secure site and a briefing on the running of conference.
You will be paid for your time on an hourly rate and you’re entitled to claim back your accommodation and travel costs (subject to prior agreement with the Conference Services Unit). We offer a limited amount of Stewards accommodation less than 5 minutes from the Conference site which is offered on a first come first served basis.
