this is on going and I continuously attend Party skills development

I consider this to be most important, being a representative of the Labour Party.
Whilst serving communities when problems arise baring in mind Labour Policies it is important when interacting with all parties consideration is to be given to enable other points of view to be heard, however the Labour Party Policies will remain a deciding factor which will contribute greatly in all circumstances.
Interpersonal, teamwork & liaison skills:
Team work is important, every effort is to be made to interact with people at all times in order for our ultimate goals to be achieved. This requires acknowledging everyone in the Team is important has a valuable contribution to make and a vital link even when difference of opinion is viewed.
As a lead campaigner I use my interpersonal skills to encourage and engage with local members to participate in local campaigning work. My experience shows that groups of people will readily give their time and commitment if a level of strong leadership is demonstrated. By using my leadership skills I believe that I have been successful in raising the moral and commitment of CLP members.
Other skills:
I believe as we live in a country Governed by Politics my driving force is to do all possible never to go backwards. Never to forget those who have strived for years before us for a better quality of Life that we all now enjoy and need to build on.
Serving a Community requires strength, tireless ability to reassure those who have elected you in the first place that you are representing them whilst upholding Our Labour Party Policies and Values.
Whilst time management is an important skill, time must never stand in the way of being available to those who may need such re assurance after all we may just be the very ones on the receiving end.
