Ken launches crime manifesto
London Mayor Ken Livingstone has launched his crime manifesto in Kilburn with a pledge to reduce crime by six per cent a year over the next four years. This builds on his record, including helping to deliver more police in London than at other time in history, with dedicated teams of officers in every neighbourhood and new Safer Transport Teams in London's outer boroughs.
