NAO report on reorganising central government bodies - response from Jon Trickett

Jon Trickett MP, Labour's Shadow Cabinet Office Minister, said in response to the National Audit Office's report on reorganising central government bodies:
"This report shows the Tory-led Government's reorganisation is out of control, running nearly a billion pounds over in transition costs. And the Cabinet Office does not even know what the costs of these quango changes will be, nor can they point to any savings they'll make."
