Caroline Flint MP, Labour's Shadow Energy and Climate Change Secretary, responding to the announcement that Moira Wallace is to resign as Permanent Secretary at the Department of Energy and Climate Change, said:
"Ministers are very good point at trying to pin the blame on their staff, but ultimately they are responsible for the chaos and confusion that has engulfed the Department of Energy and Climate Change."
