OUR EXHIBITION

The Conference exhibition takes place in the Brighton Centre – right at the heart of Annual Conference 2013. No other European political gathering comes close in bringing decision makers together where they will discuss our programme for government.

Speaking to delegates who will visit your stand is just the beginning - your stand is the most direct way to explain the work of your organisation to visitors and MPs. It can enable your organisation to maintain a base and provides you with your own dedicated meeting point during Conference.

All stands are located in main walkways, close to entrances, catering and services, ensuring that the exhibition is an integral part of Conference. The exhibition will host some 140 stands throughout the Brighton Centre available in a wide variety of sizes and options.

ORGANISING AN EXHIBITION STAND

How do I organise an exhibition stand?

Our exhibitions team can guide you through the process of helping you decide what kind of stand would work best for your needs. The team will also be able to advise you on other ways to promote your presence at conference.

Our Exhibition Sales Guide includes information on stand options, prices and packages and an exhibition floor plan.

Book a space

The sales guide includes an application form and full instructions on requesting an exhibition space.

Online manual

Once you have confirmed your exhibition stand, our online manual will enable you to order all your exhibition and wider conference needs, supplying details and online order forms for our preferred suppliers and our partner agencies.

Third Sector zone

Now in its third year, the Third Sector Zone within the main exhibition provides smaller charities and not-for-profit campaigning groups to have a presence for an affordable price. Included in the cost is your logo on a hanging banner and invitations to our Third Sector Reception.
