David Cameron's NHS reorganisation is a quagmire - Healey

John Healey MP, Labour’s Shadow Health Secretary, responding to the formal publication of the Tory-led Government's amendments to the Health and Social Care Bill, said:
“The amendments confirm the quagmire of new quangos, contradictory duties and bureaucratic fudges in David Cameron's NHS reorganisation.
“This process has been botched from the start. It is a disgrace for the Tory-led Government to think that patients’ groups, professional groups and experts can properly scrutinise these amendments in just two days.”
