Today Labour has launched the latest CameraOn CameraOff image, highlighting David Cameron’s concealment on the issue of whether Lord Ashcroft fulfilled the conditions of his peerage. The image will be used as a campaigning tool both on the internet and with MPs and candidates across the country.

And today MPs and candidates are writing to their Tory opposition challenging them on how their main backer has been funding their campaigns while at same time not fulfilling the conditions of his peerage.

Douglas Alexander MP, Labour’s General Election Co-ordinator said:

"On Sunday David Cameron claimed how much the Conservatives had changed. On Monday their Deputy Chair exposed how little they'd changed.

"If David Cameron can't change his Party how can he change the country for the better? They are just the same old Tories."
