- Sponsorship of specific conference items or events constitutes a donation under the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 (PPERA) and all sponsorship over the reporting threshold will be reported to the Electoral Commission as a donation.
- General branding and advertising constitute commercial transactions and are not reportable to the Electoral Commission. For more information on donations to political parties, click here.
The Conference Magazine and the daily Conference papers offer high profile advertising space seen by thousands of delegates.

Room drops
Have goody bags / publications / leaflets / promotional material delivered directly to the rooms of all residents in the Conference hotels.
Events
Sponsor Labour Party events ranging from breakfasts and lunches to larger receptions and the conference dinner. Sponsors may brand event literature, make a short speech and take home photographs of the event.
Conference bags
Conference bags are distributed daily to all delegates. The bags are carried by many people attending Conference and are widely visible on television broadcasts and in the print media.
T-shirts
This offers the opportunity to sponsor with your brand the stewards’ and photographers’ t-shirts. The stewards and photographers work in all areas of Conference and have a highly visible presence. We can offer daily packages or weekly sponsorship depending on your requirements.
Lanyards and Conference passes
Prominent branding on both the lanyard and pass of every person attending Conference.
Our branding packages include the branding of pillars, flagpoles, external window panels, stair risers in the main thoroughfare to the conference hall, hanging banners and poster boards and catering areas in the main exhibition halls.
